About the Company

Ambrosia Energy

Builds and operates off-grid solar+battery plants

Ambrosia Energy builds, owns, and operates solar-plus-battery plants that deliver continuous off-grid power. It offers two options: co-located plants on its West Texas land or plants built on a customer site, using a complete solar-plus-storage system designed for a 99.9% capacity factor. The company controls land, permitting, battery manufacturing, and operations to eliminate middlemen and shorten timelines, using proven LFP batteries and a fast-installation method. Its goal is to provide reliable, large-scale power at about $100 per MWh, making it a practical alternative to natural gas for data centers and industrial customers while targeting rapid deployment within roughly 12 months from contract.
