Responsibilities
Provide one-to-one applied behavior analysis therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
Help children practice skills through individualized activities and play.
Follow individualized treatment plans, accurately record session data, and write daily session notes.
Communicate with families, Board Certified Behavior Analysts, and office staff.
Maintain dependable attendance in a role where consistency matters.
Desired Qualifications
Experience working with children, particularly children with autism or other developmental disabilities, is preferred.
Registered Behavior Technician certification is a plus but is not required.

Our BCBAs provide exceptional training, mentorship, and support in a collaborative environment. The Details
Pay: $22–$24 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:15 AM–4:45 PM
Location: Centers in Essex Junction and Colchester, VT
Commitment: Full-time, year-round employment.

What You’ll Do
