Assist servers and server assistants in providing efficient, attentive service to members and guests.
Ensure service stations are stocked, clean, and ready for service throughout the shift.
Deliver food and beverages to tables promptly and accurately, following service standards and seat positions.
Maintain clean and organized dining and service areas, including clearing and resetting tables.
Support banquet and special-event operations, including setup, breakdown, and execution according to Banquet Event Orders.
Ensure banquet and meeting areas are clean, orderly, and properly stocked with necessary equipment and materials.
Promptly monitor and report guest concerns, equipment issues, or service needs to a supervisor or manager.
Perform additional assigned duties to ensure high-quality service and smooth food and beverage operations.
Prepare meeting rooms and function areas in advance, ensuring setups match Banquet Event Order specifications.
Assist with event setup and breakdown, including tables, chairs, linens, china, glassware, and other required materials.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of banquet spaces, public areas, storerooms, and equipment.
Support event needs by setting lighting, props, decorations, and coffee breaks according to standards.
Monitor equipment and supplies and promptly report issues to supervisors.
Ensure event requirements are completed on schedule and assist with preparing for upcoming functions.
