- 12+ years overall experience, with 9+ years in Oracle Fusion Financials
- Strong functional command over General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, and Expenses
- Mandatory experience in Application Managed Services engagements (support, root cause analysis, triaging, stabilization)
- Experience working in end-to-end Oracle Fusion Financials implementations and AMS engagements
- Experience in conducting requirement workshops and preparing solution design documents, configuring finance modules, and supporting cutover activities (CRP, System Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing)
- Experience working with technical teams on Reports and Interfaces (RICEW components, extensions, and integration touchpoints)
- Experience supporting client finance teams in adopting global design, best practices, and standardized processes
- Familiarity with financial processes such as SLA setup and accounting rules, intercompany transactions, allocations, revaluation, reconciliation, and period-close processes
- Experience working with integrations (Oracle Integration Cloud, REST/SOAP APIs, tax engines)
- Familiarity with Oracle Fusion Financials reporting tools (OTBI, Financial Reporting Studio or Smart View)
- Ability to prepare business requirement documents, functional design documents, test scripts, and user training material
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or IT
- Oracle Fusion Financials certification is preferred
- Lead and deliver full-cycle Oracle Fusion Financials implementations across General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Expenses, and Tax
- Conduct requirement workshops, prepare solution design documents, configure finance modules, and support conference room pilot, system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and cutover activities
- Work with technical teams on RICEW components, extensions, and integration touchpoints
- Support client finance teams in adopting global design, best practices, and standardized processes
- Provide L2/L3 functional support for Oracle Fusion Financial modules as part of AMS / Production Support (Mandatory)
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive permanent fixes
- Support month-end/quarter-end/year-end close activities and subledger-to-GL reconciliations
- Work with Oracle Support to create and track service requests, analyze patches, and perform root cause analysis
- Perform regression testing during quarterly patches
- Manage change requests enhancements and configurations in support cycles, and stabilize the system
- Strong communication and stakeholder management to operate in onsite–offshore delivery models
- Excellent documentation skills and attention to detail
- Proactive, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset
- Experience in Oracle Service Contracts will be a significant added advantage
- Oracle Fusion Financials certification is preferred
