Requirements
  • 2 years of experience with proven track record leading end-to-end quantitative research projects for large accounts or brands.
  • Experience demonstrating capability in complex methodologies (Cluster analysis Maxdiff Conjoint Structural Equations, etc.) and translating to actionable business insights, not just data delivery.
  • Experience with SPSS, R or Python and advanced Excel. Strongly valued experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) and knowledge of AI tools applied to data analysis and processing.
  • Thought leadership: solid point of view, ability to elevate data to strategy, build a convincing storytelling and defend recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Ambition to participate in international projects and therefore fluency in English (essential for presentations and reporting).
  • Adaptability to changing environments and ability to manage multiple projects/timelines with methodological rigor.
  • Experience in management and development of team (mentoring junior/middle profiles), but willing to engage in hands-on tasks such as tabulation, coding, or checking a questionnaire.
  • Curiosity and commitment to data quality and methodological innovation as constant goals.
  • Professionalism and mature presence with a consulting mindset and client orientation.
Responsibilities
  • Design ad-hoc quantitative research for large clients across diverse sectors.
  • Develop end-to-end quantitative research projects.
  • Participate in briefings and gathering client needs, definition of advanced and innovative methodologies, comprehensive project management, reporting and client management.
  • Work in English with interlocution across different countries.
  • Manage people within project context, helping growth of other team members.
  • Immerse yourself in the world of digital transformation.
  • Be a technical reference within the team.
