Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience leading end-to-end quantitative research projects for major accounts or brands.
  • Demonstrated experience with complex methodologies such as MaxDiff clustering, conjoint analysis, and structural equations, including translating findings into actionable business insights.
  • Experience with SPSS, R or Python, and advanced Excel.
  • Fluent English for presentations and reporting with international stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects or tight timelines while maintaining methodological rigor.
  • Experience mentoring and developing Junior and Middle profiles while remaining hands-on with tabulation, coding, and questionnaire review.
  • A consulting mindset, client orientation, mature professional presence, and commitment to data quality and methodological innovation.
Responsibilities
  • Design ad hoc research studies for major clients across different sectors.
  • Develop end-to-end quantitative research projects.
  • Participate in client briefings and needs gathering, define advanced and innovative methodologies, manage projects end-to-end, present reports, and manage client relationships.
  • Work in English and interact with stakeholders from different countries.
  • Manage people in project contexts and support the growth of team members.
  • Serve as a technical reference within the team.
  • Translate data into strategy, build compelling storytelling, and defend recommendations before senior stakeholders.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
  • Knowledge of artificial intelligence tools applied to data analysis and processing.
