Requirements
A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least five years of progressive human resources experience.
Strong knowledge of employment laws, including the Fair Labor Standards Act, Family and Medical Leave Act, Americans with Disabilities Act, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission requirements, and Occupational Safety and Health Administration requirements.
Experience handling employee relations, workplace investigations, and performance management.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment.
Responsibilities
Advise leaders for assigned client accounts on employee relations, performance management, corrective action, and compliance matters.
Conduct workplace investigations and prepare documentation and recommendations.
Support recruiting, onboarding, and employee development initiatives.
Develop human resources policies, procedures, employee handbooks, and standard operating procedures.
Conduct human resources audits and help clients maintain compliance with employment laws.
Build client relationships through proactive communication and responsiveness.
Support organizational growth, coaching initiatives, and process improvements.
Travel locally to client sites two to four days per week for onsite collaboration, meetings, and project execution; overnight travel is not required.
Desired Qualifications
Human resources certification, such as Professional in Human Resources, Senior Professional in Human Resources, Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional, or Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional.

What You Will Do As an HR Generalist you will serve as a trusted advisor to assigned client accounts by providing strategic and day-to-day HR support. Responsibilities include:

What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
5+ years of progressive HR experience
Strong knowledge of employment laws including FLSA, FMLA, ADA, EEOC, and OSHA
Experience handling employee relations, workplace investigations, and performance management
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment
HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) preferred
