Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the creation of dashboards, reports, analyses, and resources to empower clients with actionable insights
  • Support Customer Success Managers (CSMs) with client-facing engagements, which may include shadowing opportunities
  • Lead one (or more!) projects from initiation to completion with mentorship and guidance
  • Optimize tools and systems to maximize the potential of our systems and enhance the GTM function
  • Assist the team with additional ad hoc projects and analyses
