Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in a full-cycle SMB sales role
  • Proven track record of selling in person into dental or medical offices at a transactional SMB level
  • Strong understanding of sales pipelines and transactional sales cycles
  • Outstanding communication skills and ability to build trust-based relationships with SMB clients
  • Consultative approach to client interactions and needs discovery
  • Willingness to travel 70% of the time in and around the Houston area
Responsibilities
  • Bringing the Opencare product to dental practices across North America
  • Supporting the bottom-up build growth of the brand new offering
  • Running a full outbound sales cycle
  • Meeting with practice owners and key decision makers in person
  • Leveraging CRM and sales automation tools to interact with prospects
  • Maintaining a high conversion rate from top of funnel to close
  • Contributing to the Opencare Sales playbook
  • Helping with the training, onboarding, and leadership of new hires and junior sales team members
