About the Company

Bright Horizons

Employer-sponsored on-site child care provider

Bright Horizons provides employer-sponsored child care through a network of centers, partnering with employers to offer on-site or nearby early education and caregiving for employees' families, with options for full-time, part-time, and after-school care. Centers follow structured curricula, safety standards, and trained staff to support children’s development, and employers fund or subsidize care as an employee benefit. The company differentiates itself by its large national footprint and deep employer partnerships, including the merger that created the largest provider of employer-sponsored child care in the U.S. Its goal is to offer reliable, high-quality child care to working families and help employers attract, retain, and engage talent by supporting work-life balance and children’s development.
