Requirements
- A minimum bachelor's degree in Psychology, Law, Management, or a related field.
- HR certifications such as CHRP or HRBP, and POP certification, are advantageous.
- Training in industrial relations, occupational health and safety, facilities/logistics management, and drafting company regulations.
- Leadership and communication training.
- At least five years of experience in HR and general affairs; mining-industry experience is preferred.
- Previous experience leading a large-scale HRGA team.
- Experience drafting company regulations, managing industrial relations, camp facilities, business travel tickets, and operational vehicles.
- Familiarity with labor and environmental regulations and occupational health and safety standards.
- Ability to lead and manage a multifunctional team.
- Ability to communicate effectively with management, employees, and external parties.
- Negotiation and problem-solving skills for industrial relations and support services.
- Ability to understand labor laws and translate them into company policies.
- High integrity, discipline, and results orientation.
- Service orientation and focus on employee satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Draft, revise, and implement company regulations in accordance with labor regulations.
- Develop HR policies for recruitment, training, career development, and performance management.
- Manage industrial relations, including communication with labor unions and dispute resolution.
- Oversee general administration, logistics, and support services for mining operations.
- Arrange employees’ business travel tickets for air, sea, and land transport.
- Manage operational vehicles, including cars, buses, and mining transport equipment, and coordinate schedules, maintenance, and repairs.
- Organize and ensure the quality of camp services, including accommodation, meals, laundry, and cleanliness.
- Ensure compliance with labor and environmental regulations and occupational health and safety standards.
- Prepare regular HRGA reports for management.
