Requirements
- Kronos consultant with implementation experience on Time Keeping module.
- Kronos consultant with implementation experience on Absence Management module.
- Ability to understand how manufacturing plant time keeping systems work.
- Ability to document and deploy the Kronos solution for hourly and salaried employees.
- Experience implementing Kronos across multiple divisions (RPD, RDC, HTPG, Eemax).
Responsibilities
- Implement Kronos Time Keeping and Absence Management modules across four divisions RPD, RDC, HTPG, and Eemax.
- Document and deploy the Kronos solution for hourly and salaried employees.
- Understand and map manufacturing plant time keeping processes to support deployment.
