Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related fields
  • 12+ years of experience with 7+ years of proven program/ project / process management experience
  • Experience in building and leading offshore corporate functions
  • Excellent analytical, financial and problem solving skills using data
  • Strong communication skills including conflict resolution, team management, and presentations
  • Self-motivated; takes initiative to do further analysis when deeper insights can be achieved
  • Collaborative facilitator who develops relationships and loyalty with their colleagues across all business functions and levels
Responsibilities
  • Develop, and implement a program management strategy to lead a portfolio of projects across F&S
  • Drive execution of complex cross-functional finance initiatives across Stripe - financial systems, accounting, data science, product
  • Develop and implement the strategic vision and roadmap for offshore F&S Center of Excellence aligning with overall organization goals
  • Lead the CoE team in identifying processes, defining best practices, methodologies and standards that the F&S team can effectively offshore and scale
  • Evaluate and establish key metrics and KPIs to continuously access and evaluate the performance of the CoE, identifying areas for improvement and further investment to scale effectively
  • Establish a monthly cadence of recurring deliverables for the CoE
  • Manage a team of project managers to lead projects and manage the PMO office
  • Hire and manage a team of offshore resources to deliver on core FP&A deliverables through the F&S CoE
  • Collaborate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in F&S and across the organization
