Requirements
  • Must be a full- or part-time student working toward a degree.
  • Must be eligible to receive school credit and commit to working two to three days per week for three months.
  • Experience with photo art direction, desktop production, and retail fashion advertising is required.
  • Previous experience supporting retail environments is required.
  • Must have strong organizational and time-management skills and be able to work autonomously.
  • Must have strong design style and fashion advertising experience.
  • Must be able to present information effectively to top management, public groups, and other internal and external groups.
  • Must be flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities and multiple tasks.
  • Must have strong computer skills and experience using a personal computer with Windows NT, Excel, PowerPoint, and other applicable software.
  • Must be proficient in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Responsibilities
  • Build the Hasana brand through compelling marketing while maintaining high design standards.
  • Perform color correction, photo cropping, typography, and image manipulation.
  • Work with HTML and CSS for web pages, e-newsletter blasts, Facebook, blogs, and other social sites.
  • Develop innovative design solutions.
  • Develop marketing materials, including in-store seasonal campaigns, comprehensive packaging programs for seasonal products and franchise businesses, public relations and promotional materials, online advertising, social media, and special seasonal initiatives, based on direction from the Art Director.
  • Initiate concepts and work independently or with the Design Director and copywriters.
  • Perform general administrative duties, including reaching out to clients by phone and email.
  • Handle other related duties, responsibilities, and assigned projects.
