Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in healthcare, computer science, business, informatics, or a related field, or a high school diploma/equivalent with five years of qualifying system-analysis experience in lieu of the degree.
  • Five years of experience with enterprise resource planning software support and system analysis involving business, clinical, or administrative applications, in addition to any experience used in lieu of the bachelor's degree.
  • Experience with data integrations, application roadmaps, and/or technical and workflow architecture.
  • Workday experience.
  • Workday certification, or the ability to obtain it within 12 months of hire.
  • Minimum home-internet download speed of 20 megabits per second, upload speed of 6 megabits per second, and latency under 100 milliseconds.
Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain integrations across the organization's Workday ecosystem supporting Human Resources, Finance, Supply Chain, and related business functions.
  • Develop scalable integration solutions aligned with organizational standards and strategic goals.
  • Ensure seamless data exchange, system reliability, and optimal user experience.
  • Partner with Human Resources, Finance, Supply Chain, and Information Technology teams to analyze business requirements, optimize workflows, and deliver technical solutions that improve data integrity and system performance.
Desired Qualifications
  • Home-internet download speed of 100 megabits per second or higher.
  • Home-internet upload speed of 10 megabits per second or higher.
  • Latency under 60 milliseconds.
