Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with product designers, developers, and subject matter experts to understand complex product details and features.
  • Research, plan, and develop comprehensive technical manuals, user guides, and product release notes.
  • Write and edit technical documents, adhering to established company standards and guidelines.
  • Review, revise, and enhance documents prepared by others, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Create and maintain dashboards to monitor documentation progress, quality metrics, and knowledge transfer schedules.
  • Spearhead the establishment and maintenance of style guides, ensuring consistency across all documentation and materials.
  • Facilitate knowledge transfer sessions, ensuring the smooth exchange of technical information among team members.
  • Provide advanced writing, editing, and design support to team members, offering guidance on best practices and maintaining a high standard of quality.
