About the Role

Flow is seeking an experienced Visualization Manager to lead and oversee the production of high-quality visual content. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for design, and a deep understanding of visualization techniques, including 3D modeling, rendering, and animation. This role will involve managing external teams and collaborating with internal stakeholders to execute compelling visual presentations that bring design concepts to life.

Responsibilities

Lead, coordinate, and manage external teams specializing in 3D visualization, animation, and rendering for projects.
Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality visual assets, managing workflow and deadlines.
Manage project budgets related to visualization tasks, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.
Collaborate closely with designers, architects, and project managers to understand and translate visualization needs into stunning visual outputs.
Develop and maintain relationships with third-party vendors, ensuring a smooth workflow and effective communication.
Use design software to support internal visualization needs when required.
Utilize Adobe Suite and other design software for internal visualization tasks.
Provide visual support for internal projects as needed.
Ensure high-quality visual outputs using industry-standard design tools.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging visualization technologies
Continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of visual outputs.
Incorporate emerging tools and techniques to stay ahead in visual design.

Experience and Skills:

5+ years of experience in visualization, animation, or 3D rendering, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial or team leadership role.
Proven experience managing external teams or vendors.
Strong knowledge of 3D software (e.g., 3ds Max, SketchUp, Rhino, Blender, C4D) and rendering engines (e.g., V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape, Redshift).Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, with strong Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects skills.
Basic hands-on visualization skills, with the ability to create and review 3D assets when necessary
Strong project management abilities, with experience handling multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.A keen eye for design, composition, lighting, and detail.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in architecture, interior design, or environmental design visualization.
Familiarity with real-time rendering software and virtual reality tools.
