- Ensure adequate provider network coverage and capacity within the assigned region to support Care Coordinator outreach and client referral needs.
- Respond to provider inquiries, monitor key operational processes, and provide regular updates and reporting to the Provider Relations and Care Coordination teams.
- Represent Acentra Health professionally in interactions with providers and promote positive relationships and organizational objectives.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of provider interactions according to established procedures and standards.
- Support providers by addressing routine questions, verifying active Fee-for-Service status, and facilitating issue resolution.
- Read, understand, and adhere to corporate policies, including policies related to HIPAA privacy and security rules.
- High integrity, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.
