- A bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Supply Chain) or a related field is required.
- Two to three years of relevant experience in Production Planning, Inventory Management, or Supply Chain operations is required.
- Strong command of ERP systems such as SAP and Microsoft Excel for reporting, planning, and data analysis is required.
- A solid understanding of production planning, inventory control, order processing, and dispatch coordination is required.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple departments to ensure smooth operational activities is required.
- A proactive approach, attention to detail, teamwork, and a results-oriented mindset are required.
- Monitor daily production activities to ensure execution of production plans according to established targets and timelines.
- Conduct regular shop-floor visits to monitor production progress, identify operational issues, and ensure timely completion of planned jobs.
- Track actual production performance against planned targets and provide regular updates on pending, delayed, and completed jobs.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve operational issues and minimize production delays.
- Monitor shop-floor activities to identify bottlenecks and support continuous improvement.
- Coordinate order status updates and ensure timely communication regarding order progress and readiness.
- Support dispatch planning and follow up to facilitate timely delivery of completed orders.
- Monitor rework activities and follow up on corrective actions to ensure timely resolution of quality issues.
- Identify material shortages and highlight potential risks that may affect production schedules.
- Participate in production review meetings and follow up on pending operational activities.
- Maintain production records and prepare periodic reports on production progress and performance.
- Identify opportunities to improve production efficiency, workflow coordination, and resource utilization.
