- Mobility to move freely across uneven terrain both indoors and outdoors safely

- Handle electronic order entry and processing utilizing JD Edwards Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software
- Respond to customer sales inquiries in a timely, accurate, and appropriate manner
- Submit and code bills and invoices to the AP department for payment
- Work closely with the Sales and Operations teams to maintain adequate inventory levels to meet customer needs
- Conduct monthly inventory cycle counts and annual inventory
- Support the Sales Team with inaccurate customer pricing and quickly resolve any inquiries or concerns
- Prepare reports under manager’s supervision
- Aid team members in administrative tasks
- Bilingual English and Spanish (read, write, and speak fluently)
- Experience with or willingness to learn JD Edwards training (if not already familiar)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (beyond basic)
- Experience in customer service or warehouse environments is a plus
