- At least one year of successful experience as a wealth management advisor, including at least six months selling financial products.
- Education at Bac+3 to Bac+5 level, ideally in finance, wealth management, banking, or an equivalent field.
- IAS Level 1 authorization.
- IOBSP Level 3 authorization for real estate credit.
- AMF certification issued by an approved organization.
- CIF authorization.
- A valid driver's license.
- Ability to provide financial advice, demonstrate active listening and empathy, build lasting trust with demanding clients, maintain rigor and confidentiality, explain technical subjects accessibly, work autonomously, show commitment and responsibility, and achieve commercial objectives.
- Prospect within the target market defined by the company's strategy and develop the commercial activity of the individual clients assigned by the company.
- Manage a target client portfolio, including individual clients, self-employed professionals and merchants, and legal entities with fewer than 10 employees.
- Monitor and update client files using the tools provided by the company.
- Perform economic, civil, tax, and inheritance analyses of clients' assets.
- Advise clients on determining a wealth strategy that addresses their objectives, needs, and personal management criteria.
- Propose several suitable solutions addressing client objectives and needs, involving experts such as wealth management specialists or business managers when necessary.
- Meet the qualitative and quantitative objectives communicated by the Wealth Management Manager and/or Agency Director.
- Experience or interest in developing toward a managerial career.
