Requirements
  • Have 10 or more years of experience in public-sector technical account management, customer success, or program/project management, including at least 5 years dedicated to federal or public-sector customers.
  • Have active working relationships with systems integrators and prime contractors delivering government work, including named delivery and capture teams.
  • Have current knowledge of public-sector contracting and delivery structures, including IDIQs, task orders, prime/sub structures, OTAs, GWACs such as SEWP, Alliant, and CIO-SP3, and their effect on program execution.
  • Have working knowledge of security operations center and security operations tooling.
  • Have experience managing multi-stakeholder programs against contractual deliverables and timelines, including SOWs, ATOs, and milestone-based delivery.
  • Be fluent in government compliance and authorization frameworks, including FedRAMP, NIST 800-53, the RMF/ATO lifecycle, and continuous monitoring.
  • Be able to lead agency, systems integrator, and internal stakeholders toward a shared outcome.
  • Have strong written and verbal communication skills appropriate for technical staff and government executives.
  • Have an active federal security clearance, be eligible for one, or be able to obtain one.
Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for a portfolio of public-sector customers from onboarding through renewal and full lifecycle management.
  • Own program-level delivery, including implementation timelines, milestones, risk tracking, compliance, and stakeholder reporting across multi-phase government deployments.
  • Align Cyware, customer agencies, and the delivering systems integrator or reseller on scope, schedule, and success criteria.
  • Build and maintain working relationships with major public-sector systems integrators and prime contractors and their delivery teams, serving as Cyware’s technical anchor on joint engagements.
  • Coordinate with Solution Architecture, Product, and Support to resolve technical issues and drive feature adoption.
  • Manage relationships with agency technical leads, contracting officers, COTRs/CORs, and program managers.
  • Track and report platform health, usage, and mission outcomes, and proactively identify risks to renewal or expansion.
  • Translate agency mission needs into internal product feedback and prioritized enhancement requests.
  • Run structured cadences, including QBRs, status reviews, and executive briefings, tailored to government reporting expectations and IDIQ/task-order structures.
Desired Qualifications
  • Have a PMP or equivalent program-management certification.
  • Have prior experience at a federal systems integrator in a role bridging customer delivery and partner management.
  • Have an existing personal network within the Department of Defense, civilian agencies, or state, local, tribal, and territorial security programs.
  • Have a track record of growing an account’s footprint by bringing a systems integrator partner deeper into the account.

The agents read each advisory against a member's sector, technology, and environment, then set daily priorities. Two agents are available now. The Vulnerability Watch Agent ranks vulnerabilities as act, attend, or track, and the Threat Briefing Agent produces a ranked daily briefing. Both run on a Priority Intelligence Requirements Agent, and members need no platform to deploy them. Cyware plans to add automated actioning.
