About the job

Requirements
  • Hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of studies in an appropriate human or social sciences discipline, such as criminology, psychology, or psychoeducation.
  • Have recent and relevant experience in Quebec's healthcare network, ideally in frontline services such as CLSC or AAOR.
Responsibilities
  • Receive, analyze, and assess requests for psychosocial assistance through the AAOR process and refer service users to appropriate programs.
  • Provide clinical support interventions and short- or medium-term psychosocial follow-up through SSG to a diverse clientele.
  • Support service users experiencing vulnerability, isolation, or crisis situations.
  • Collaborate with the local interdisciplinary team and network partners.
  • Work daytime shifts only; evening, overnight, and 12-hour shifts are not part of the schedule.
  • Be available to work weekends as needed according to service requirements.
  • Complete a five-day orientation block at the start of the assignment.
