About the job
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in multifamily property management or real estate operations.
- An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
- Bilingual skills are required to effectively engage with diverse residents.
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office is required.
- CAM or CAPS certification is advantageous.
- Manage daily property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and resident services.
- Lead and develop onsite teams to promote high performance and excellent customer service.
- Implement marketing and leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and rental income.
- Administer lease agreements, ensure compliance with laws, and handle tenant communications.
- Monitor property budgets, expenses, and financial reporting.
- Coordinate maintenance and vendor services to uphold property standards.
- Address resident concerns promptly and professionally to maintain positive community relations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
