Requirements
  • Be board certified or eligible in Hematology, with Adult Hematology/Oncology training.
  • Be eligible for unrestricted Indiana medical licensure and DEA/CSR.
  • Demonstrate strong clinical expertise in classical hematology.
  • Have an interest in multidisciplinary care and program development.
  • Participate in shared call responsibilities, including nights and weekends.
Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive care across benign hematologic disorders, including hemostasis, thrombosis, anemia, and complex multisystem conditions.
  • Participate in and help expand specialized classical hematology programs, including bleeding disorders, thrombosis, red cell disorders, and women’s health.
  • Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team of physicians and advanced practice providers.
  • Contribute to clinical program development, quality improvement initiatives, and care model innovation.
  • Engage in inpatient consultation services through established hospital partnerships.
  • Participate in clinical research and multicenter trials.
  • Contribute to programmatic innovation and outcomes-based research.
  • Teach medical students, residents, and fellows.
  • Develop novel care models and disseminate work through publications and presentations.
