  • Drive multi-quarter, cross-team, cross-service technical projects
  • Navigate significant technical and organizational complexity to drive impactful outcomes
  • Work with product and engineering leads to define our team's multi-year technical roadmap
  • Engage in hands-on coding and architectural design, setting and maintaining high technical standards for a high performing team
  • Debug, troubleshoot, and harden our risk platform
  • Grow the team via mentorship and leadership, reviewing technical documents and code changes
