Requirements
  • 3–7 years of experience in customer marketing, advocacy, reference management, or content marketing.
  • A track record of obtaining case studies and references from enterprise customers, including navigating corporate communications, legal review, and long approval cycles.
  • The ability to obtain quotable statements from COOs and credible business results from CFOs.
  • Structured program-building skills, including establishing processes, pipelines, and measurement from scratch.
  • Fluency in English and German.
Responsibilities
  • Find customers suitable for references, develop their engagement, and ensure Sales has the appropriate customer voice for each deal.
  • Own case studies and customer proof end to end by securing approvals, conducting interviews, and delivering the resulting assets.
  • Translate productivity gains and measurable EBIT impact into customer stories for CFO audiences.
  • Manage customer presence on review sites such as G2 and Gartner Peer Insights.
  • Source and coach customer champions for webinars, events, and press.
  • Build coordination between Sales and Customer Success for customer advocacy requests.
  • Track reference coverage, asset usage, and pipeline influence.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in B2B software.
  • Familiarity with ERP-centric processes, finance operations, or enterprise software for manufacturing and industrial companies.
  • Additional European languages.
