- Provide professional food and beverage service across corporate events, dinners, weddings, parties, and social celebrations.
- Deliver warm, attentive, and personalised service throughout every event.
- Assist with room set-ups and pack-downs, ensuring spaces are presented beautifully and ready for guests.
- Prepare meeting and event spaces according to detailed function requirements.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests throughout the event.
- Maintain attention to detail across room presentation, table settings, service, and event requirements.
- Work closely with the Meetings & Events team, kitchen, and other hotel departments to ensure seamless event delivery.
- Remain calm, flexible, and solutions-focused during busy service periods and changing event requirements.
- Assist with maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and organisation throughout events.
- Create genuine connections with guests and look for opportunities to make their experience more memorable.
- Support the team in delivering events that reflect the hotel's luxury standards.
- Previous hospitality, food and beverage, or events experience is highly regarded.
