Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in home support services (SAD).
  • Mastery of the SyMo tool is required.
  • Completion of OCCI training is required.
  • Ability to conduct assessments upon starting the role.
  • Experience working with older adults and clients with intellectual disabilities or physical disabilities.
  • Ability to submit direct-allocation requests quickly.
  • A driver's license and personal vehicle are required.
