Requirements
A Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is required.
A valid LAC, LMSW, LPC, or LCSW license is required; associate-level clinicians may receive supervision toward independent licensure.
At least 3 years of experience working directly with children is required.
Applicants must be at least 21 years old.
A valid Arizona driver's license, Fingerprint Clearance Card, and CPR/First Aid certification are required.
Knowledge of Arizona's behavioral health system and the 12 Principles is required.
Responsibilities
Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions addressing trauma, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder, anxiety, and other concerns.
Partner with families and community agencies, including Child Protective Services and the Division of Developmental Disabilities, to provide coordinated care.
Create individualized treatment plans for children and families.
Participate in weekly supervision with the Clinical Director.
Provide services through both telehealth and in-person visits in the Arizona community.
Desired Qualifications
Familiarity with cognitive behavioral therapy or trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy.
