Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in automation engineering, preferably with PEGA or similar workflow automation software and Robotic Process Automation tools (Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, etc…)
  • Global Team Operational Flexibility: Candidates for this position must be able to adapt their schedules to accommodate off-peak hours as needed.
  • Experience with SAP is highly preferred.
  • Proficient in Agile methodologies and best practices, including Scrum and Kanban.
  • Strong project management acumen, with the ability to effectively plan, execute, monitor, and control engineering delivery in a structured manner.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a combination of relevant education, training, and experience.
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the product manager and build relationships across the business to identify new automation opportunities.
  • Lead pilots and collaborate with other technology owners to integrate our automation tools with new systems.
  • Coach the engineering team to deliver best in class solutions aligned to our governance framework.
  • Provide a point of view and bring to Converse industry best practice automation strategies and principles!
  • Triage production support issues and reduce tech debt to increase engineering capacity.
