  • Manage and own Materials’ seasonal development calendar
  • Lead innovations in process creation and execution
  • Recognize and evaluate risk factors associated with material developments
  • Lead and collaborate with product teams in developing materials specifications
  • Mentor material development and other Footwear teammates
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with T2 partners
  • Oversee coordination with Asia materials testing team
  • Develop and maintain an organized materials library
  • Lead meetings with product teams to drive decision-making process
  • Collaborate with Research, Design, Development, Marketing, Costing, and Color
