Requirements
  • 7+ years of payroll processing experience in UK, France and Germany and managing relationships with external vendors
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in processing payroll
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple payrolls and deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Experience with processing equity transactions globally (RSU, NSO, ISO)
  • APAC payroll experience, specifically Japan and Singapore
  • EMEA payroll experience, specifically in Ireland and Sweden
  • Payroll implementation experience
  • Workday experience
Responsibilities
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of end-to-end international payroll with strong data integrity with third party vendor
  • Coordinate year-end payroll processes, including tax reporting, annual statements, and compliance filings for each country
  • Manage and resolve payroll-related issues and discrepancies
  • Partner with benefits and HR teams to implement new programs and processes
  • Prepare and maintain international payroll process documentation
  • Implement payroll system enhancements, upgrades, and integrations to improve efficiency and accuracy
