Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice and solutions to clients on our products and features, as well as systems, software development, and business processes
  • Stay updated with the latest within our products and features, as well as broader technology trends and advancements
  • Apply technical knowledge to support clients in achieving their business objectives
  • Identify and resolve complex business or technical issues in partnership with the Solutions Architect to ensure minimal disruption to the project
  • Configure and customize our solutions to meet client-specific requirements
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with all relevant stakeholders
  • Understand client needs and provide support to deliver tailored solutions
  • Communicate effectively with clients, translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Represent the company professionally and demonstrate the value of our solutions
  • Drive client adoption and ensure successful implementation of our solutions
  • Contribute to the management of projects from inception to completion
  • Ensure timely delivery and adherence to budget in partnership with the Delivery Manager and client stakeholders
