Seeking Management Analyst - Standard candidates with relevant Defense, And Security Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for Defense, And Security Sector Clients such as DEA.  This as a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Position and ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position.

JOB OVERVIEW

Provide services and support as a Professional, Technical and Administrative Support Services (PTASS) (Management Analyst - Standard) in the Defense, And Security Industry Sector focussing on Human Capital Solutions for clients such as Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) | Department of Justice Located In  and across the CONUS Region.

Qualifications

Desired Qualifications For Management Analyst - Standard | Comprehensive Operational Support [DEA0039044] (DEA0039044) Candidates:

Serve as analyst on business process reengineering and mission support engagements, providing expertise on process improvement, change management, and performance measures. Support includes but is not limited to BPR analysis, design, and implementation. Serves as a competent, effective member of client delivery/assignment teams. Responsible for task coordination and management and contribute recognized functional expertise to client deliverables.

Education / Experience Requirements / Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of formal education and experience (8 years of directly related experience will substitute for education). Requires 5-8 years’ experience.

Skills Required

Proficiency in analytical and quantitative techniques, strong process improvement expertise, and the ability to manage tasks and contribute to client deliverables in business process reengineering projects.

Competencies Required

Excellent oral and written communication skills (This employer participates in the e-Verify program).  Proficient with Microsoft Office Products (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, & Adobe)
