Requirements
  • A master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, art therapy, music therapy, or another related field is required.
  • At least one year of experience working with youth in a human services or psychiatric setting is preferred.
  • A valid driver's license and car insurance are required.
  • Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
  • The ability to build rapport with clients is required.
  • Patience and creativity while working with residents at their own pace are required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • Professional demeanor, sound judgment, dependability, initiative, and a strong work ethic are required.
Responsibilities
  • Provide individual and family therapy.
  • Provide treatment education and guidance, including developing individualized treatment plans.
  • Adhere to treatment plan objectives.
  • Attend monthly treatment planning meetings.
  • Communicate with families and external partners.
  • Complete documentation and track behavioral data.
  • Participate in team and individual supervision.

Bradley Center provides behavioral healthcare, education, and child welfare services for abused, neglected, and dependent children. It operates a regional system that supports the physical, emotional, educational, and spiritual growth of young people and families. The program uses the Sanctuary Model of Trauma Informed Care, which focuses on Safety, Emotion management, Loss, and Future to help residents and staff understand and cope with trauma. Services are delivered in an accredited setting, guided by a non-denominational board, and licensed by state agencies. Bradley Center aims to be recognized nationally as a premier provider that advocates for children and restores productive family and community relationships.
