- Supervise, schedule, and develop quality direct labor, including out-of-box auditors, visual inspectors, and in-process quality control inspectors.
- Prepare and summarize daily quality reports and submit them to Quality Engineers and management for corrective actions.
- Report 6S or safety violations to appropriate groups for corrective actions and identify opportunities for safety improvement.
- Assist with operator training and work with Human Resources to ensure all required paperwork is created and documented.
- Organize and supervise the in-process quality control team in creating production line and station checklists for daily audits.
- Participate in continuous process improvement efforts established by management.
- Assist Quality Engineers with the purge and CPAT screen processes to ensure all non-conforming material is identified, segregated, and disposed of correctly.
- Assist and provide backup to in-process quality control auditors.
- Provide input and participate in problem-solving techniques with Quality Engineers.
- Train in-process quality control personnel to understand the seven quality control tools for identifying process escapes.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Chinese companies reached record overseas revenue in 2025, led by PetroChina, Foxconn Industrial Internet, BYD and Luxshare Precision Industry.
