Triomics uses generative AI to turn unstructured health-record data in oncology into actionable insights. Its OncoLLM analyzes doctor notes, PDFs, and lab results to extract relevant clinical information, with Prism automating patient-to-clinical-trial matching and Harmony curating EHR data for quality reporting and cohort analysis. By integrating with existing EHR systems, it speeds up tasks that used to require hours of manual review and can match patients to trials in minutes with high accuracy. The goal is to reduce manual data review in cancer research and care, accelerate trial enrollment, and support precision oncology for cancer centers, academic medical centers, and health systems.

Simplify's Take

What believers are saying

  • Triomics raised $22 million in May 2026, bringing total funding above $36 million.
  • May 2026 reports say customers grew fourfold and annualized recurring revenue rose tenfold.
  • January 2026 Mount Sinai and October 2025 MSK deployments prove enterprise adoption momentum.

What critics are saying

  • Epic and Flatiron can bundle oncology workflow features and squeeze Triomics by 2027.
  • Model errors in trial matching trigger missed enrollments, compliance failures, and clinician distrust immediately.
  • If Battery's $22 million Series B fails to convert into durable ARR, Triomics stalls.

What makes Triomics unique

  • Triomics sells oncology-specific AI, not generic chart summarization, with source-backed outputs.
  • Its platform embeds trial matching, pre-charting, and registry abstraction inside clinician workflows.
  • MSK, MD Anderson, Yale, and Mount Sinai validate its oncology-specialized workflow moat.
