Requirements
  • Experience: 4–5 years of professional experience with a proven track record across both Retention and Growth analytics (ideally in a high-growth DTC environment)
  • Platform Mastery: Deep, hands-on experience in Klaviyo (or a similar email platform), Postscript (or a similar SMS platform), Shopify as well as Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager, specifically in how they ingest and report data
  • Technical Agility: Advanced SQL skills and a proven ability to learn new platform UIs or API documentation quickly to support emerging channels
  • BI Expertise: Direct experience with Looker (LookML) and / or Sigma. Experience with BI migrations is a major plus
  • Metric Fluency: Expert-level understanding of the relationship between LTV, ROAS, MER, CPA, CPC, and CTR
  • Operational Tooling: Functional experience with Feedonomics, Klaviyo / Postscript, GA4, Heap
  • Collaborative Mindset: Experience acting as a bridge between technical teams and marketing stakeholders to drive cross-functional projects
Responsibilities
  • Creative Performance: Produce creative-asset-level reporting by systematically pulling all deployed Email, SMS, and Direct Mail assets and pairing each with its associated engagement, revenue, and efficiency metrics for executive-ready weekly business readouts
  • Revenue Forecasting: Build and maintain daily and weekly lifecycle revenue forecasts grounded in historical performance curves, leveraging cohort-based analysis to project final revenue outcomes from early and incomplete data
  • Channel Preference: Analyze customer engagement across Email and SMS to determine channel preference and optimal send strategies, informing decisions around single-channel versus multi-channel lifecycle execution
  • A/B Testing: Lead A/B test analysis across lifecycle channels, ensuring statistical significance, validating test outcomes, and translating results into clear, actionable recommendations for optimization and scale
  • LTV Modeling: Own lifetime value and lifetime revenue modeling across lifecycle programs, leveraging cohort analysis to evaluate performance by acquisition channel, first product purchased, and repeat purchase behavior over time
  • Discount Analysis: Track and analyze discount usage across lifecycle channels, reporting on where and when promotions are applied and quantifying overall discount rate by channel and customer segment
  • Subscriber Value: Monitor and report on average value per subscriber and revenue per subscriber for Email and SMS programs, surfacing trends that inform list growth strategy and lifecycle investment decisions
  • Investment Agility: Support real-time decisions around spend pivots, identifying when to shift investment up or down based on intraday performance, MER, and ROAS targets
  • Tracking & Attribution Governance: Take a lead role in UTM parameter management. You will establish and enforce a standardized UTM taxonomy across all channels to prevent data fragmentation and ensure flawless attribution
  • Global BI Infrastructure: Lead the functional transition from Looker to Sigma, building high-performance automated Retention and Paid dashboards that aggregate data from all storefronts into a unified, self-service "source of truth."
  • Data Stewardship: Partner with Data Engineering to optimize marketing data tables, ensuring that international data sets are clean, validated, and aligned with US reporting logic
  • Operational Reporting & Performance: Own the end-to-end delivery of weekly and monthly business reports, providing context-rich narratives and "so-what" insights that diagnose the impact of promotions, spend pivots, and A/B tests
  • Ad Hoc Analysis: Respond to time-sensitive analytical requests from Marketing and Executive leadership, rapidly synthesizing cross-channel data into clear, decision-ready insights while maintaining alignment with established reporting frameworks and metric definitions
  • The Cross-Functional Bridge: Serve as the primary analytical liaison between channel owners, Tech, and Digital leadership; translating marketing requirements into technical specifications to ensure our data infrastructure evolves with the business strategy
Desired Qualifications
  • Data Engineering Exposure: Experience working within Snowflake or AWS environments and a strong understanding of data warehousing principles
  • Engineering Workflow: Familiarity with version control software (e.g., GitHub) and working alongside Data Engineering teams to build/maintain clean tables
  • Growth Mindset: A self-starter who is excited by the prospect of building from the ground up and thrives in the fast-paced, high-ownership environment of a startup

Ruggable, Anthropologie team up on rug collection

Ruggable, Anthropologie team up on rug collection. The partnership includes seven tufted rugs and three doormats in varying sizes and is part of a broader distribution effort by the DTC brand. Dive brief: * DTC rug brand Ruggable has collaborated with Anthropologie on a collection of rugs and doormats that went live Wednesday, according to details emailed to Retail Dive. * Available on both the Ruggable and Anthropologie websites, as well as in Anthropologie Home Design Centers, the collection includes seven tufted rugs and three doormats. The rugs come in varying sizes and are priced between $139 and $1,449. The doormats are priced from $159 to $259. * The launch is indicative of Ruggable's broader expansion efforts, a priority of CEO Nicole Otto, who joined the brand in January after a 16-year career at Nike and two years as global brand president of The North Face. Dive insight: Ruggable's collection with Anthropologie is part of a larger strategy to broaden awareness and distribution. "Ruggable's expansion with Anthropologie represents a strategic step in meeting consumers where they naturally seek inspiration, both today and as we look ahead," Otto said in an email. "Being present in one of the most respected retail destinations in the home space allows us to introduce our washability and elevated design to consumers in a setting where they can experience the craftsmanship, texture, and quality of our rugs firsthand." Ruggable also recently collaborated with Architectural Digest on a collection curated by its global interiors and garden director, Alison Levasseur. Such collections have potential benefits for brand awareness, according to GlobalData Managing Director Neil Saunders. "The market for DTC firms remains tough although, in homewares, there has been some growth this year, which is helpful," Saunders said in an email. "The key for a firm like Ruggable is to find ways to create visibility around the brand - which a collection with Anthropologie will do. This is about standing out and creating points of interest." Founded in 2017 by Jeneva Bell, the privately held Ruggable went through a restructuring in 2023 that included the departure of 100 corporate employees. Former CEO Nathan Baldwin also left in 2023 and Ruggable did not fill the CEO role until Otto joined almost a year ago. In the past two years, Ruggable has taken steps to expand its international presence and leadership team. The company opened an international plant in Poland earlier this year to serve customers in Western Europe. Otto has also brought on new members of the executive team, including Restoration Hardware veteran Maria O'Brien as head of design, Nike alum Lauren Sherman as chief marketing officer and VF Corp. veteran Sarah Kleinmann as vice president and general manager of the Americas.
