Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales support, back-office, or operational roles in banking, preferably business banking.
  • Advanced knowledge of financial products and services for businesses.
  • Experience using banking systems and management tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Intermediate English reading and comprehension.
Responsibilities
  • Manage and resolve operational and administrative issues for the business banking sales force.
  • Coordinate implementation of financial products and services for business clients.
  • Prepare sales, profitability, and productivity reports and analyses to support decision-making.
  • Collaborate on internal process optimization and task automation.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable internal and external business banking regulations.
  • Provide training and technical support to the sales force on systems and tools.
  • Communicate with other bank departments to ensure operational effectiveness.
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects and new initiatives in the business banking area.
Desired Qualifications
