The four planned locations are part of the company's nontraditional restaurant development. BAXIMUS, founded by Phil Thomas and Kris Wellmaker, will operate the Naval Base San Diego location. Thomas and Wellmaker worked with Chick-fil-A for more than 15 years before launching BAXIMUS. BAXIMUS operates multiple restaurant concepts on military bases across the country. BAXIMUS recently introduced a Little Caesars food truck for military events and installations where traditional dining options may be limited. The company also has additional Little Caesars development planned at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center in Bethesda, Maryland. Franchisee Keyur Chauhan will operate the Naval Station Mayport location. Chauhan joined the Little Caesars franchise system in 2022 and operates three restaurants in Georgia. Franchisee Tony Dao will operate the locations at the Navy Exchange at Port Hueneme and Naval Air Station Lemoore. Dao joined Little Caesars in 2018 and is expanding his presence in California through the two Navy-related locations. The company's first military-base location opened at Pearl Harbor in 2025. These locations allow us to bring the convenience and quality of Little Caesars to the communities where our military members live and work." Coco robotics, Little Caesars begin robot pizza delivery in three cities. Coco Robotics and Little Caesars are offering autonomous robot delivery for orders from participating Little Caesars locations in Los Angeles, Chicago and Miami, with deliveries coming soon to Coco's recently expanded operations in downtown San Jose. The service applies to orders placed through participating locations on DoorDash and Uber Eats. Orders submitted through the delivery platforms may be fulfilled by Coco robots. Coco integrates with the existing ordering systems used by DoorDash and Uber Eats without requiring manual order entry or additional steps for in-store teams. For robot-fulfilled orders, the order moves from the kitchen to the curb, where a Coco robot completes the final delivery to the customer. The service is being used for Little Caesars HOT-N-READY pizzas. The announcement did not provide a date for the San Jose launch or identify participating Little Caesars locations. Little Caesars received two 2026 Franchise Innovation Awards for the Coco delivery initiative: Innovator of the Year for Operations & Technology and Most Innovative Use of Technology.
