Requirements
  • Proficiency in United States Coast Guard or equivalent Department of Homeland Security/Department of Defense supply management software, including AMMIS, ACMS, ALMIS, and FEDLOG.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with the ability to use them for communication and presentations of research results and recommendations.
  • A minimum of three years of experience supporting United States Coast Guard or Department of Defense logistics, maintenance, engineering, and logistics acquisition initiatives, with relevant experience obtained within seven years of the award date.
  • Experience applying acquisition logistics planning tools and measures, including cost estimates, market research, account ledgers, budget and material forecasts, and inventory tracking.
  • Experience managing supply item change records and diminishing manufacturing sources and material shortages.
  • United States citizenship.
Responsibilities
  • Draft logistics and procurement documentation and reports to support civilian procurement specialists and item managers in acquiring and managing parts and materials.
  • Assemble, inventory, and maintain material and parts kits to support MH-65E post-depot-maintenance requirements.

  • Experience or training in Aviation Safety.
