We are currently recruiting a CQV Department Manager in Switzerland.

Location:

This a staff position and will be located in Basel, Switzerland.

Responsibilities

• Direct report to the Head of CQV - Europe with active role on new hiring
• Leads, develops and motivates direct reports defining targets and review performances
• Promotes technical developments of all CQV resources developing programs and assigning high potential personnel to specific development trainings
• Coordination of all ongoing CQV projects to ensure availability of resources to execute the scope of work, reviewing the progress with assigned CQV Lead identifying risks to mitigate in advance
• Collaborate with other PM Group offices to promote trainings for internal resources on the latest pharmaceutical guidelines and standards
• Prepare technical proposal to support the Sales department on new proposals
• Support and promote the company safety program

Qualifications

• Motivated and result driven
• 10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical projects
• CQV technical experience
• German and English fluent
