About the job
- An associate degree, technical certification, trade school education, or equivalent STEM background in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Manufacturing Technology, Mechatronics, or a related field is required.
- At least 3 years of SMT Technician experience in a printed circuit board assembly manufacturing environment is required.
- Experience operating and troubleshooting SMT production equipment is required.
- Experience performing preventive maintenance on SMT equipment is required.
- Knowledge of SMT processes, including solder paste printing, component placement, reflow soldering, automated optical inspection, and solder paste inspection, is required.

- Experience with Panasonic pick-and-place equipment.

- IPC-A-610 certification.
- Experience in high-volume electronics manufacturing.
- Familiarity with manufacturing execution systems/shop floor control systems, Lean Manufacturing, and 5S methodologies.

Chinese companies reached record overseas revenue in 2025, led by PetroChina, Foxconn Industrial Internet, BYD and Luxshare Precision Industry.
