Make your impact within a rapidly growing Fintech Company

This role is not a typical Treasury job in the corner of the company -- detached from the company’s business and customers -- it is a role important to the company’s financial strength, product offerings, and growth profile as a public company.

Responsibilities:

Partner internally with Product Management and Engineering and externally with financial institutions, to design and implement new payment services for clients.
Ensure new customer payment rails and enhancements to rails are prioritized appropriately, architecturally and economically optimal, meet compliance requirements, and can be operated efficiently leveraging automation as much as possible.
Research trends and new financial products and capitalize on them to advance BILL’s offerings to clients.
Negotiate bank and other partner required reserve levels and interest paid on deposits, fees and other critical terms.
Manage existing payment rails to ensure customer satisfaction, develop deep understanding of their functions and interplay, and spearhead improvements.
Propose and implement new ideas to improve Treasury, the company, and our services for clients.

We’d love to chat if you have:

Minimum 5 years work experience and demonstrated success in designing, developing and implementing customer payment services.
Minimum 5 years experience in Corporate Treasury with responsibility for Cash Management or related services.
Meaningful experience in managing multiple payment modalities and managing banking products, financial services, and systems.
FinTech experience required.
Familiarity with card and lending products preferred.
Excellent work ethic, attention to details and ability to work independently.
Strong critical thinking, organizational, communication and time management skills.
Comfortable working in a high growth and dynamic environment.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, economics, or accounting.

The estimated salary range for this role is noted below for our San Jose based role. Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed above. The role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, flexible spending & health savings account, paid holidays, paid time off, and other company benefits.

San Jose pay range

$131,000—$164,300 USD
