- Experience with CAMSS.
- Experience implementing TKLM and TKE.
- Experience troubleshooting hardware and software.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Experience ordering hardware and software.
- Experience managing software licenses.
- Experience with WWCT, OrderNow, IRM, and HRM tools and processes.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products.
- Proficiency with Visio.
- Plan, configure, order, and implement new mainframe and data warehouse hardware, including DASD, tape, pSeries, zSeries, cabling, data center infrastructure, and supporting Windows/Linux servers.
- Work with Hardware Planners, z/OS programmers and I/O Configuration, Server Administrators, Automations, and Data Center Facilities on new hardware installations.
- Coordinate hardware and software installations with technical teams.
- Create annual and quarterly forecasts for hardware spending for the Target Account.
- Gather hardware component configurations and initiate hardware and software ordering.
- Support TKE and TKLM servers and processes.
- Maintain software licenses for pSeries software.
- Lead and participate in projects.
