Requirements
  • Be a student in at least the third year of a bachelor's-level program in web development, computer science, or an equivalent field.
  • Plan to enroll in a Tech Lead master's program at the start of the academic year.
  • Have solid proficiency in one or more programming languages, such as JavaScript, Python, PHP, or Java, and associated frameworks.
  • Understand web architectures, including REST, application programming interfaces, and microservices.
  • Have an interest in technical leadership and team management.
  • Demonstrate analytical ability, rigor, autonomy, and pedagogical skills.
Responsibilities
  • Participate in project architecture and technical choices.
  • Provide technical guidance to a team of junior developers through code reviews and best practices.
  • Actively contribute to back-end and/or front-end development according to project needs.
  • Implement automated tests, continuous integration and continuous delivery, and monitoring tools.
  • Monitor technology developments and propose continuous improvements.
  • Collaborate with product, design, and infrastructure teams to ensure technical consistency.
