Requirements
  • A Bac+2/3 qualification or equivalent professional experience.
  • Current English proficiency at C1 level.
  • Comfort using office and information-technology tools, including customer relationship management systems such as Salesforce.
  • Ability to analyze and synthesize information.
  • Strong oral communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Rigor, responsiveness, teamwork, adaptability, and priority-management skills.
Responsibilities
  • Manage and analyze application files to ensure their compliance and eligibility.
  • Work in pairs with training sales advisers to monitor applications for the different programs.
  • Organize and schedule admissions panels and interviews, and monitor their completion.
  • Create and update official admissions documents in coordination with the Communication and Marketing department.
  • Ensure the proper functioning of candidate examinations.
  • Manage candidate and participant registrations, including quotations and customer relationship management activities, and submit applications through dedicated platforms.
  • Work as an interface with internal and external business teams interacting with the admissions unit, including accounting, legal, quality assurance and risk, and information technology.
  • Monitor projects related to admissions activities.
  • Support other admissions team members during peak activity periods on various ancillary tasks.
  • Serve as the primary contact for the coordination department for communicating participant information.
  • Coordinate international campuses.
