Requirements
  • A Bac+2/3 qualification or equivalent professional experience.
  • Professional working proficiency in English at C1 level.
  • Comfort with IT and office tools, including CRM systems such as Salesforce.
  • Ability to analyze and synthesize information.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and oral communication.
  • Rigor, responsiveness, teamwork, adaptability, and prioritization skills.
Responsibilities
  • Manage and analyze application files to ensure compliance and eligibility.
  • Work in tandem with training sales advisors to monitor applications across different programs.
  • Organize and schedule admissions panels and interviews, and track their completion.
  • Create and update official admissions documents in coordination with Communications and Marketing.
  • Ensure the proper operation of candidate examinations.
  • Manage registrations for candidates and participants, including quotations and CRM tasks, and submit records on dedicated platforms.
  • Liaise with internal and external business teams interacting with the admissions unit, including accounting, legal, QAR, and IT.
  • Track projects related to admissions activities.
  • Support other admissions team members with ancillary duties during peak activity periods.
  • Serve as the primary contact for the coordination department regarding participant information.
  • Coordinate international campuses.
