Requirements
  • A DEP or DEC in Accounting is required.
  • At least 5 years of experience is required.
  • French and English bilingualism is required, with daily use of both languages approximately 50/50 with internal teams and customers.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office is required.
Responsibilities
  • Enter and validate supplier invoices using GS and Epicor.
  • Match invoices with purchase orders and required supporting documents.
  • Manage the accounts payable inbox.
  • Analyze accounts payable and record accrued expenses.
  • Process expenses, credit card transactions, and freight invoices.
  • Prepare supplier payments and electronic fund transfers.
  • Participate in month-end activities and audits.
  • Maintain procedures and suggest process improvements.
  • Perform other tasks as determined by the Controller – East from time to time.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with Epicor or Interal.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment.
