Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience with product design focused on RF development
  • Experience with RF testing tools such as spectrum and network analyzers, oscilloscopes, multi-meters and anechoic chambers
  • Experience with schematic capture and circuit board layout tools such as Altium
  • Product testing and root cause analysis skills
  • Desire and ability to learn new tools, processes, and design techniques
  • Excellent communications skills with the ability to convey technical concepts in business terms
  • Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Ability to evaluate and make recommendations on cost control, reliability, and manufacturability issues
  • 3-5 years of experience with product design focused on antenna development
  • Familiarity with regulatory agency requirements such as FCC and ETSI
  • Experience with antenna simulation tools such as Ansys HFSS and Keysight ADS
  • Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering
Responsibilities
  • Participate in RF and antenna design activities within the multi-functional development team
  • Design and verify non-RF electrical components
  • Participate in design reviews and work within cross-functional teams
  • Generate documentation for system specifications and product requirements
  • Work with manufacturing teams to implement DFA/DFM principles
  • Develop and manage component and system level test plans
  • Assist in making recommendations for solutions to specific applications
  • Participate in Xylem Watermark volunteer activities
